DLCs are virtual content add-ons for Wii U games you OWN. You can download DLCs for either virtual games, or disk games. You can purchase games virtually on the eShop. The eShop is also where you can buy DLCs. Just find the game of your choice, then hit downloadable content below the blue purchase or download button. Then select the DLCs you wish to purchase. Then, insert the disc, and start the game, it will start downloading the DLC. Below is all the current DLCs for two Nintendo Wii U games.
